Share with Marco some of the story of 

Born in Quito, Ecuador, Marco studied Law for two years; later moving to Chicago, Illinois to study vocal technique. His mentors were Corrado and Adelina Vaselli, Ronald Combs,  Robert Long and Winifred Brown. While studying voice he obtained a Master’s Degree  in Latin American Literature from the University of Illinois in Champaign.

 

 

Marco auditioned and sung for four seasons with the prestigious Lyric Opera of Chicago.  Marco’s other associations include St. John Cantius Church in Chicago and the Naperville Chorus. His many recordings display a deeply seated passion for classical music.  He continues in his quest under the guidance of his mentor, Maestro Giulio Favario.

classical Spanish & Hispanoamerican songs, and even an Ecuadorian selection!
